FOR MISSION-LED ORGANISATIONS
Castle is an Australia-based product studio working with healthcare, accessibility, and mission-led organisations. We build software your users can rely on, and your team can actually run. Local product leadership, hybrid delivery, accessibility scoped from day one.
WHERE THE SOFTWARE HAS TO WORK
→ When a clinician opens a patient record.
→ When a guest books an accessible room.
→ When someone in grief fills out an intake form. These aren't conversion events.

SERVICES
Each line answers a question you're already asking.
USERS
Designed with the people who use it.
Frontline staff and end users are part of discovery and testing, so the product works for them as well as for the people who sign it off.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible by design.
Contrast, keyboard paths and screen reader behaviour are designed from the first wireframe, then tested against the standard we agree with you.
GOVERNANCE
Delivery your board can follow.
Each phase of Visualise, Create, Grow ends with a decision point and a plain-English update on scope, spend and risk.

Questions
The one we agree with you at the start, usually a WCAG level that matches your obligations and your users. Contrast, keyboard paths and screen reader behaviour are designed in from the first wireframe and tested against that standard before release, so accessibility sits in the scope and budget rather than arriving as a fix.
Carefully, and in writing. Before the build starts we agree where data is hosted, who can access it and how it is protected, then document those decisions so your board and funders can see them. Where your sector carries specific obligations, they become requirements in the scope rather than assumptions.
Yes. We scope to the funding you have, sequence the work so each stage delivers something usable on its own, and flag early if a requirement will not fit the budget. If the grant carries milestones or reporting dates, we plan the delivery phases around them so your acquittal is straightforward.
Yes. Most organisations already rely on a CRM, a booking system or a client database, and the new product has to fit around them. We map those systems during discovery, then integrate where it makes sense, or build standalone where an integration would add more risk than value.
We do, through a support and maintenance plan that starts at launch. Your team gets documentation and training at handover so day-to-day running stays with you, and we handle updates, fixes and the changes your service needs as it grows. You are never left holding software nobody can change.
