You look after your clients' IT. When one asks for an app, a portal or AI, refer them to us. We build it, and the IT stays with you.

Marketing and digital agencies.

You own the brand and the campaigns. When a client needs a product built, not just marketed, refer them to us. Same terms as every partner: 15% for 12 months.

Advisers and consultants.

Accountants, business advisers and consultants whose clients keep asking who can build it. If your clients trust you and need software, we should talk.

HOW IT WORKS

From introduction to commission.

Step 01

Apply

Ten minutes online. We review every application within 2 business days and set you up in the partner portal.

Step 02

Before you introduce us, register the client in the portal. Once we approve it, usually within 2 business days, it's protected for 90 days.

Step 03

We scope and build

You're invited to the first meeting. Castle then scopes the work, contracts with your client, and designs, builds and supports the product.

Step 04

You earn

15% of what your client pays Castle in their first 12 months, paid within 14 days of each payment.

THE TERMS

15% for 12 months. Free to join.

When a client you refer signs with Castle, you earn 15% of what they pay us, ex GST, for 12 months from their first payment. Commission is paid as your client pays, within 14 days of each payment reaching us.

There's no fee to join and no minimum number of referrals. It's non-exclusive both ways. Register the client in our partner portal before you introduce us, and you can track the deal and your commission from there.

Your client stays your client. Castle contracts for the build and works alongside you, not around you.

We stay in our lane

We build the product and set up the hosting it needs. We don't sell managed IT, telco or helpdesk services, and if you'd rather run the hosting after launch, we hand it over.
