Questions
We work inside your process rather than beside it: your repositories, your standups, your code review and your release cadence. A Castle product lead is the single point of accountability, and your team sees the work as it happens instead of receiving it at the end of a sprint.
Product leadership sits in Australia, close to you and on your time zone. Engineering runs through our hybrid delivery team, which includes people overseas working with an Australian business hours overlap. You deal with a local lead who is accountable for the work, wherever it is built.
It stays with you. We document architecture decisions, runbooks and anything non-obvious as we go, and we plan the handover from the start rather than the final week. If your team is taking the work over, they work alongside ours before we step back, so nothing lives only in our heads.
Staff augmentation with no defined outcome. If you need extra hands to clear a backlog someone else is prioritising, a contractor will cost you less. We are most useful when the work needs senior product judgement as well as engineering: a new module, a legacy rebuild, or a migration nobody internally has time to own.
